Terms of Service

Last updated: 11 September 2026

What Practice Designs sells, how membership access works, how to cancel, refunds, and what you may and may not do with the videos.

1. Who you are dealing with

Practice Designs sells online cricket coaching videos to coaches.

  • Trading name: Practice Designs
  • Entity: Sole trader
  • Registered address: 135 Blackdown View, Ilminster, Somerset, TA19 0BG
  • Contact: practicedesignsuk@gmail.com

By creating an account or buying anything, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not buy anything, and if you already have, contact us.

You must be 18 or over to create an account or buy anything from us.

2. What we sell

Two things, both delivered online.

Pro membership, £12.50 a month. Ten new drills a month, released as numbered blocks. Block 1 opens the moment you join. One further block opens for each month you have paid.

Sidearm Mastery, £20, paid once. A standalone masterclass. Included free if you hold a Pro membership, or lifetime access from before it was withdrawn. If you already have either, we will not sell it to you, because you already have it.

Lifetime access is no longer sold. It was withdrawn on 11 September 2026 and is not offered anywhere on this site. If you bought lifetime access before it was withdrawn, nothing about your access changes. This withdrawal affects new purchases only.

Members who joined at an earlier Pro membership price keep that price for as long as their membership stays continuously active. If a grandfathered membership is cancelled and the same person rejoins later, the rejoin is a new purchase at whatever the current price is when they rejoin. Being a returning member does not carry the old price back with it.

The price you pay is the price shown at checkout. The figures above are current at the date of these terms; if we change a price, the new price applies to new purchases only, and existing memberships continue at the rate you signed up at unless we tell you otherwise and give you the chance to cancel first.

Elite+ is not sold through this website. It is a bespoke session arranged directly and priced individually. These terms do not cover it.

3. How membership access works

Your membership opens blocks based on how many months you have paid for, not on how long ago you joined. Pay for three months, open three blocks.

Blocks only exist once we have made them. If you have paid for more months than there are blocks published, you have access to everything published and the rest opens as it is made.

Lifetime access is no longer sold (see section 2), but a member who bought it while it was on sale keeps it, and it always opens everything published.

4. Payment and renewal

Payments are taken by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe and never to us.

A Pro membership renews automatically each month until you cancel.

The price shown at checkout when you joined will be charged to your card on the same day each month, for as long as your membership stays continuously active. See section 2 on what happens to the price if you cancel and rejoin later. You can see and change your card, and download your invoices, through the billing portal linked from your account page.

If a payment fails we will retry it. If it keeps failing, your membership stops and your blocks close until payment succeeds.

5. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, from your account page. No notice period, no cancellation fee, no phone call.

When you cancel:

  • Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Nothing stops on the day you cancel.
  • After that date your membership ends and your blocks close.
  • We remember how many months you paid for. If you come back later, you pick up at the block you had reached rather than starting from Block 1.

Sidearm Mastery, and lifetime access for anyone who holds it, are one-off purchases and there is nothing to cancel.

6. Your 14-day cancellation right, and why we ask you to give it up

Normally, when you buy digital content online as a consumer, you have 14 days to change your mind and get a refund.

That right disappears once you have agreed to start using the content straight away. Because this is a video library you get access to immediately, we ask you at checkout to tick a box confirming two things: that you want access now, and that you understand you are giving up the 14-day right by taking it.

You do not have to tick it. But we cannot give you immediate access without it, so checkout will not proceed.

We keep a record of that agreement, meaning which wording you were shown and when you agreed to it, so that if a payment is ever queried we can both see what was actually agreed.

7. Refunds

Beyond the 14-day right described above:

  • If you simply change your mind, we do not offer a refund. You can cancel at any time (see section 5) so you will not be charged again, but we do not refund the period you are already in.
  • If the service is faulty, meaning videos that will not play, blocks that will not open, or something we said you would get and did not, tell us and we will put it right or refund you.

Your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by anything in these terms. If what you paid for is faulty, that right cannot be signed away, and nothing above changes it.

8. What you may do with the videos

You may watch them, as much as you like, on your own devices, and use the drills in your own coaching sessions. That is the entire point of the product.

9. What you may not do

You may not:

  • Share your login. Your account is for you, personally. Letting someone else sign in as you, or using your login to give someone else access, may lead to your account being suspended.
  • Download, record, copy or re-upload the videos, or distribute them anywhere, free or paid.
  • Show them as your own, resell access, or use them in a paid product of your own.
  • Try to get around the access controls, or help anyone else do so.

The videos, the site and everything on it remain our property. Buying access buys you the right to watch, not ownership.

If you break these rules we may suspend or close your account. Where we do that because of a serious or deliberate breach, we will not refund you.

10. Your account

Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has it.

You are responsible for what happens on your account. If you share your login and your access is then suspended, that is on you rather than on us.

11. When things go wrong

We want the site to work all the time, and it will not. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Video playback in particular depends on your internet connection and on our video delivery provider.

If the service is unavailable for a sustained period, contact us and we will put it right, by extending your membership or refunding you, whichever fits.

One thing worth saying plainly

These are coaching drills, not medical or safety advice. You are the coach in the room.

You are responsible for whether a drill is appropriate for the players in front of you, for their ages and abilities, and for supervising it safely. We cannot assess your session from here.

12. Changes to these terms and to the catalogue

We may change these terms. If a change materially affects what you have paid for, we will email members rather than quietly editing the page, and you will be able to cancel if you do not accept it.

We may add, replace or retire drills. We will not remove a block you have access to without replacing it with something equivalent.

13. Your information

How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy, linked from the site footer. In short: we do not sell it, payments go through Stripe so we never see your card, and you can download or delete everything from your account page at any time.

14. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts there have jurisdiction.

If you are unhappy, please tell us first. Email practicedesignsuk@gmail.com.
